- I am a Germany-based photographer (near Kassel), shooting everything from architecture to portraits. Moved from colour slides to digital photograpy in 2001, got a real kick in 2006 with the DSLR. I enjoy traveling a lot; the cities of Berlin, Leipzig and Hamburg are my german favorites. At least once a year I travel to the U.S., enjoying my time over there very much. My Equipment: Whatever is necessary to get the job done. A camera is a tool - good tools make work easier - easier work is good for creativity. Sometimes a small Point&Shoot works best in the city, sometimes the big DSLR with a long lens at the beach is big fun. @frei: Ich war längere Zeit an einer Stelle und hab auf fotogene Taxis und Passanten gewartet.
